CHART 1  ( 3 Min Chart )

  • ETI will be overlay on bar chart with green and red color indicating uptrend and downtrend.
  • All green and red arrow symbols are not buy or sell signals, they are just indicating market turning point.
  • USO will be use mainly as a CONFIRMATION indicator for market turning point.
  • Chart pattern and trendlines will be used to determine exact Buy or Sell entry and Stop Loss point.
  • A SETUP POINT (grey diamond) on USO occurs when indicator touches or pass 100 or 0. The next peak attempt that fails to touch respective 100 or 0 will be the TURNING POINT.
  • When USO crosses center line, it further confims chart/trend reversal.

CHART 2 ( 3 min Chart )

 

 

  • ETI has been showing the trend quite nicely on 3 min chart. It is even better when used on larger time frame chart.
  • Point (4), (5) & (6) can be used as EXIT Point after a BUY entry at point (3).
  • Both (4) and (5) are FAILED PEAK ATTEMPT with reference to the nearest SETUP POINT.

CHART 3 ( 15 min Chart )

 

 

  • On this 15 min chart, you can see that USO manage to forecast a few major chart reversal effectively.
  • If you compare Point (1) - indicated by USO UPTURN - with a traditional indicator like RSI, you will notice the weakness of RSI in showing any divergence to indicate market reversal.
  • Point (2) or (3) can be used as EXIT if you are BUY at point (1). Both (2) and (3) are Failed Peak Attempt.
  • Point (6) or (7) will be used as EXIT if you SHORT at point (5).

CHART 4 ( 15 min Chart )

 

 

  • BUY entry at point (1) and EXIT at (2) or (3).
  • Notice that both (8) or (9) can be used as EXIT point.

CHART 5 ( 60 min Chart )

 

  • On a 60 min chart, you'll get less signals as compared to 3 min or 15 min chart but if you are a Position Trader (One who holds their position for a few days), your profit margin would be huge.
